We ship orders via USPS. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of the items purchased. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. We offer local delivery to hotels within a 15-mile radius of Kirtland, Ohio for a flat fee of $10.
2. Where do I pick up my Kirtland Heritage Weekend merchandise?
You can pick up your order at the official merchandise booth during the Kirtland Heritage Weekend event. Full pickup instructions will be included in your order confirmation email.
3. Do you offer shipping for event merchandise?
No. This is a print-on-demand event store, and all products are prepared specifically for the event. Orders must be picked up at the event location.
4. When should I place my order?
We recommend placing your order before the event to ensure your merchandise is ready for pickup. Early orders help us prepare the correct sizes and quantities.
5. What products are available in the store?
